Please note that unfit for work certs can usually only be provided following a consultation with one of our GPs. However, extensions to certs or SWC alone following a hospital-based medical certificate may be processed here. There is no charge for social welfare certification. Unfit for work certs may attract a fee, typically €20. If for any reason we are unable to process your request, a member of our team will contact you.
